TCCA Canada STC for Beech KingAir 300 series with 7-blade MTV-47
MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH received the TCCA Canada STC No. SA26-78 for the installation of the "Silent 7" 7-bladed MT-Propeller MTV-47-1-( )-C-F-R(P)/CFR260-361( ) on the Beech KingAir 300 Series powered by the propeller turbines Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60A: for the Models 300, 300LW, B300, B300C and PT6A-67A: optional for the Models B300 und B300C.
This installation is already certified by EASA STC 10085161 and FAA STC SA11914IB.
The 7-bladed MT-Propellers on the Beech KingAir 300 Series provide a general performance improvement (8% take-off & climb, 4-5 kts cruise), lower ITTs at high altitude and no propeller speed restrictions on ground while operating in low idle. They reduce cabin noise and vibration significantly and all models comply with the strict German noise regulations 2010 - „LandeplatzLärmschutz Verordnung“ for unrestricted airport operations in Germany and other European Countries.
This installation is already certified by EASA STC 10085161 and FAA STC SA11914IB.

FAA STC for 7-blade MTV-37 on Piper PA46-600TP and PA46-701TP
MT-Propeller received the FAA STC SA12438IB for the installation of the Silent 7 - 7-blade MTV-37 propeller on the Piper PA46-600TP and Piper 46-701TP powered by the Pratt & Whitney Canada propeller turbines PT6A-42A in PA-46-600TP and PT6A-52 in PA-46-701TP
This installation is already supplemental type certified by EASA STC 10089486.
The installation of the 7-blade MTV-37 on the Piper PA46-600TP and Piper 46-701TP provides a shorter take-off distance by approx. -10%, an enhanced climb performance by approx. 5% and an increased cruise performance by 2-3KTAS.
It also complies with the strict German noise regulations 2010 - „Landeplatz Lärmschutz Verordnung“ for unrestricted airport operations in Germany and other European Countries

MT-Propeller was founded in 1980 by Gerd Muehlbauer, who had already 20 years of experience in propeller development and service at this time. He started his new own company on January 2nd 1981 at the Airport Straubing-Wallmuehle (EDMS) in Germany with 6 employees in a small, one-storey airport owned building.
